The Sunbury Level Crossing Removal involves the grade separation of the Gap Road level crossing with road under the railway line between Horne Street & Evans Street. The new road underpass means that congestion at the level crossing intersection will be gone for good!
AuGRC were engaged by the Rail Infrastructure Alliance (RIA) to engineer, design & deliver 1850 custom made GRC / GFRC panels along the new road. The artwork on each panel was inspired by volcanic rock formations from nearby Organ Pipes National Park.
